Two additional Cochrane schools have been added to the status list:

Manachaban and RancheView schools are on alert status with 2-4 cases along with Bow Valley High, Elizabeth Barrett, and Glenbow schools. 

Fireside remains with an outbreak status of 10+ cases. 

The province reported 464 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, November 24. 

Hospitalizations decreased by five to 470 while ICU admissions are one fewer at 97. 

Sadly, another four deaths have been reported bringing the total in the province to 3,231. 

To date, 88.5 per cent of eligible Albertans have received one shot of COVID vaccine and 83.4 per cent of the province are fully immunized. 

Cochrane is reporting 58 active COVID-19 cases and Rocky View County has 62 cases. 

Today, appointment bookings opened for children in the 5-11 age group to be immunized against COVID-19. 

First dose appointments must be booked through the Alberta Vaccine Booking System at alberta.ca/vaccine or by calling Health Link at 811.
