Cochrane's Dillion Dube played a major role in two of the Calgary Flames against the Edmonton Oilers to help the team rebound from a two-game skid.

Dube set up Elias Lindholm early in the Feb. 6 match to open the scoring. The Oilers took command for the balance of the first before the Flames grabbed a 3-2 lead after two, then went on to score three more for a 6-4 win, including an empty-netter.

Dube scored on a one-timer on Oilers goalie Mikko Koskinen and his intense "mean mugging" following the goal was captured on the national broadcast of the game.

"We saw a video of LeBron James a while back - I was always a big fan of his - and there was a lot of memes of him doing a dance to (rapper) Tee Grizzley," Dube laughed in a post-game interview with Flames TV Host Brendan Parker. "Rhino (Zac Rinaldo) and I were doing that a little bit, and Looch loved it. So now our tradition is every time we go on the ice, every time we pass each other in the hallway before we go out, we mean mug and it gets us going a little bit.

"I was sitting with Rhino and I thought, 'If I get one here soon, I might have to do it because we've done it so much in the hallways.'

Dube's powerplay goal came at an opportune time. It kept the momentum going. putting the Flames ahead 4-3. Calgary maintained the lead for the balance of the game.

Dube has two goals and three assists in eight games this season.
