Transporting audiences to an era of milkshakes and bobby socks, Sleeping Giants Theatre Society brings the musical "Grease" to life at the Rocky View Taproom.

Jenny Austin, Sleeping Giants Theatre Society managing director says the evening will take you back to the 50s.

"It's going to be a whole diner experience, we have themed meals, a sampling menu that comes with the performance and then some musical numbers with four amazing musical theatre performers. So you get the food, you get the music, you get the dancing, the singing and you get to dress up in your favorite 50s outfit."

Each ticket purchased includes the performance and a three-course sampling menu.

Jessica Jones, who is a performer, says you can expect to sing along to all your favourite songs.

"We sing a couple of big numbers including things like Greased Lightning, so we want to dress like the Greasers do for that kind of number. Things like Summer Nights so we want to dress kind of more like the Pink Ladies for that number. So we kind of just shift our costumes and our character roles depending upon which song it is."

Tickets are still available for the Grease Valentine's Musical Dinner Theatre for the February 14 show HERE.
