A collision along Hwy. 22 south of Fireside caused delays for Cochrane commuters on Thursday morning. 

Emergency crews from both Rocky View County and Cochrane responded. 

The road was closed for a short period of time as a result but has since reopened to traffic. 

There's no word yet on how many vehicles were involved or if there were any injuries.

There were multiple reports of other collisions on area highways as drivers contended with poor road conditions. 

Roads are slick and snow covered as Cochrane is currently under a Snowfall Warning.
