It can be difficult to get your kids off the couch and moving these days, but Snap Dance Studios in Cochrane is offering free, online community classes to get your kids up and dancing. 

Courtney Sproule is the owner of Snap Dance Studios and says they really wanted to help Cochranites keep their kids active. "We just thought, people are home with their kids and need some help. Parents can get overwhelmed with working from home or if they're front line workers or if they possibly lost their jobs, they need things to do with their kids. We thought why not give away some programs and dance classes."

" At the end of the day, we just want everyone to keep dancing, even from home."

There are community classes available for kids from the age of two, all the way to 14-years-old and you can register your kids here.
