The results are in for the 2023 Share Your Christmas Hamper program. 

The annual collection event by the Cochrane Activettes saw a staggering amount of need in the community.

“This year 404 hampers with food, toys and gifts were distributed,” says a post on The Cochrane Activettes Facebook page.

“We have helped 1490 people, of which 613 of those were children.”

The hamper program had a record 1,000 volunteer hours for 2023.

The Cochrane Activettes operate the Cochrane Food Bank year-round, providing food hampers to people in Cochrane and the surrounding area.
