RCMP are turning to the public for help after a pedestrian was hit along Highway 22 close to Bragg Creek. 

The woman was struck by the side mirror of a vehicle on Jan. 28 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.

Luckily the pedestrian only suffered minor injuries. 

The vehicle left the scene of the collision and Mounties are hoping to track down the driver. 

The vehicle is described as being light in colour and it was missing its passenger side mirror. 

Officers are hoping to talk to anyone who may have information about this crime or may have picked up a passenger side mirror off of Highway 22 near Bragg Creek. 

Anyone with information is asked to call the Cochrane RCMP detachment or call Crime Stoppers.
