It is a popular go-to favourite for Cochranites, the Program and Activity Guide. The guide comes out three times a year and has all the activities and programs for infants to seniors.

As Deb Maxwell, FCSS Community Programmer with the Town of Cochrane explains, "There is something for every age group, infants 0 to 6, youth, adults and seniors. A great gift idea is to sign up a family member for a program."
