A Calgary man has been charged in the murder involving a man whose body was discovered south of Cochrane.
The body of 33-year-old Kyle Schuiling was found when the Tsuut’ina Nation Fire Department responded to a grass fire near Range Road 40 and Township Road 241 in Rocky View County on April 3.
On May 3, 39-year-old Christopher Stack was charged with the first degree murder of Schuiling.
Following a Judicial Interim Hearing and two subsequent court appearances, Stack has been remanded and is scheduled to appear in Alberta Court of Justice in Calgary on May 27.
