Bragg Creek water skier Megan Pelkey picked up more hardware at the Jr. Canadian Water Ski Open in Edmonton.

She earned the top spot in the Overall category, and won the U17 Girls Tricks event with an incredible score of 6470 points after dominating at the competition. 

Pelkey also secured second place in the U17 Girls Slalom after an intense competition against USA skier Stenger Solie.

Additionally, she picked up the second place spot in the Girls Jump category behind fellow Canadian Kate Pinsonneault.

The Jr. Canadian Water Ski Open was held at Shalom Park in Edmonton, AB on July 8-9.

Junior skiers from across Canada and the world were there to compete and showcase their talent.
